The holiday season is a busy time of the year for people all over the country. We are lucky to have storage facilities all over the United States, with fun holiday activities happening in every city. This year, we decided to highlight some holiday events happening near a few of our storage facilities. Check them out below!
Saturday, December 8th
Grits with the Grinch is a family friendly event for kids of all ages! This event will feature photo-ops with the characters and yummy breakfast food! Pajamas are encouraged. Tickets for this event are available online.
Friday, December 7th
This evening will begin with the annual Cape May Court House Christmas Parade. After the parade is over, visitors can head to the Cape May Court House Firehouse where Santa and Mrs. Claus will be passing out stockings. There will also be a tree lighting ceremony, entertainment and popcorn.
Saturdays throughout December
With the Lamplighter Christmas Tour, visitors can take a self-guided tour of four of Cape May’s finest Bed and Breakfasts inns and homes. This event also includes a visit to the Carriage House Gallery.
Saturday, December 8th
This year is the 13th annual Candy Cane Hunt put on by the Kalamazoo Parks and Recreation Department! This event will feature a candy cane hunt, themed crafts and drawings for gifts.
Sunday, December 9th
John Berry returns this year to the Kalamazoo State Theater for his Christmas concert, Christmas with John Berry. This event is great for all ages. Tickets can be purchased online.
Now until January 1st, 2019
This event is a six-week festival taking place in downtown Milwaukee. There will be colorful lights, an animated display, sparkling roofline and more!
December-February
From December through February, visitors will be able to go ice skating at Red Arrow Park! This refrigerated rink is surrounded by railing so even the newest ice skaters will be comfortable. Skaters are also able to warm up inside of the warming house where beer, coffee and other bakery items will be served.
